Same-day dispatch of items in stock:
- If order received before 10:30 a.m.: dispatch by pallet
- If order received before 12:00 p.m.: dispatch by parcel
Management fees: €22 excl. tax for all orders under €100 excl. tax (except on the website)
Packaging fees: €25 excl. tax for all shipments greater than or equal to 3 meters

Additional options:
- Delivery by telephone appointment: €10 excl. tax
- Saturday delivery (Express only): €15 excl. tax
- Request for collection of returned goods: €30 excl. tax
Damage during delivery
Our goods are transported at the recipient's risk. Therefore, we recommend that you check the condition of the goods in the presence of the delivery person upon delivery.
In the event of damage, you must indicate the reference, description, and quantity of the damaged products on the carrier's receipt. No other information will be accepted. These reservations must be confirmed by registered mail to LEDIT YAKI within 72 hours.
These conditions are applicable from January 1st to June 30th, 2026.
